Conditioning is key!

I ran across this Strength and Conditioning workout of Brian Foster (1st video) who will be fighting on UFC 129 in Montreal next month.  The second video is another workout of a fighter that strength coach Todd Laux puts  through.  I have done something similar to the second workout before, it is brutal.  These workouts should put in perspective besides skill training and sparring some of the other things fighters put their body through to get ready for a fight.  These types of workouts can not only be used by MMA fighters but also BJJ competitiors as well.  I know I will implement so of what I just saw into some of my workouts.  Enjoy!
