I went this morning and had a great workout with Chad Cook, Brian Lightfoot, and Roland Sanchez at Rogue Fight Crew gym. After the workout I chance to sit and ask Chad Cook, the leader of Rogue Fight Crew, a few questions about his MMA career. Literally we had just finished working out, so you will have to excuse my camera skills. My hand was shaking pretty bad LOL. It was quite a workout.
