Here are some of the bag drills that I like to do. I do it in my garage with the door closed and my gi on. In Houston you can imagine the heat and the sweat. You can get a really good workout depending on how hard you go. Of course you can do these with a partner, but who has those around all the time. I also like this guys videos he posts all good stuff! Spreading the knowledge is what its all about.
